At the centre of this year's Festival, a celebration of Schubert, Bartok and French masterpieces, must lie Beethoven! LCMF regular, violist James Boyd, will be joined by world-renowned violinist Alina Ibragimova, and cellist Jonathan Cohen to perform Beethoven string trios ahead of their performance later in the month at London's Wigmore Hall. These Trios will be preceded by Schubert's astonishingly beautiful set of variations for four hands, played by Olga and Alasdair.
